SHRIMP CORNUCOPIA- a cone shaped tortilla with baby shrimp, onions, scallions, corn, lime juice, Monteray Jack cheese and a blend of spices.
CHICKEN KABOB WITH PINEAPPLE- tender pieces of chicken breast...marinated in white wine and honey and placed on a wooded skewer with pineapple chunks.
BRIE & APRICOT PUFF PASTRY- in our all butter puff pastry dough, we add a harmony of French Brie cheese, toasted almonds and apricot jam.
FRANKS IN A BLANKET- whole miniature all beef frankfurters are wrapped in an all butter French puff pastry.
QUICHE LORRAINE- a delicate pastry shell is filled with heavy sweet cream, fresh eggs, imported swiss cheese, bacon and rare herbs and spices.
