Mexican Hats, we lightly saute corn, red pepper, green pepper and scallions, then generously fill Genoa salami with this colorful combination and place it on rye with Russian dressing.
Shrimp, this time we start with pumpernickel bread and top it with cooked shrimp and cream cheese, then garnish it with red pepper and fresh dill.
Spinach Polonaise, in this wonderful dish our chefs fill our all-buitter puff pastry sheet with delicately sauteed spinach, red pepper, prosciutto, and our own delicious blend of spices.
Chicken Croquettes, in these delights white meat chicken is mixed with prosciutto, Swiss cheese, heavy cream and spices, then rolled in bread crumbs and parsley.
